My classes focus on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone, regardless of their ability level, can safely engage in exercise.

From water fitness and chair yoga to low-impact supported strength training and balance exercises, each class is structured to meet the specific physical and functional needs of the participants, while encouraging community, motivation, and progress.

      As an experienced and certified exercise specialist, I consult with medical professionals to design and deliver fitness programs that cater to the individual needs of each client within a group setting.

I have a unique specialization in post-rehabilitation fitness, particularly for individuals recovering from major surgeries (knee and hip replacements), neurological conditions (brain injuries, post-stroke), and those with mobility issues.

     Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or working through mobility challenges, I ensure that every workout is adapted to your specific abilities and goals from the comfort of your home.
